Jonathan Skurnik
Jonathan is an award-winning filmmaker whose documentaries have broadcast on Television in the US and Europe. His films have also been screened in more than thirty film festivals and art galleries. He produces and shoots his own films, works as a documentary camera person for other award-winning producers, makes promotional films for non-profits that are doing important social justice work around the world, consults with other filmmakers on their proposals and distribution strategies, and teaches documentary master classes.

Jonathan’s latest documentary, She’s A Boy, about gender fluid children, is in pre-production. Jonathan also writes and directs narrative films. Jonathan recently studied directing with master directing teacher Arturo Castillo, he’s currently studying acting at Anthony Meindl’s Actors Workshop, and he’s adapting several Isaac Bashevis Singer short stories for the stage.
